impressive! I dont know what a pippidu is but it reminded me that we went to the new-ish ramen place Ippudo http://www.ippudo.com/ny/ which Ive been meaning to recommend to you. A lot better than the one we went to I thought.. delicious rich broth, al-dente handmade noodles (which you can see them making downstairs). Must go before you head north!
